📦 Shipping & Logistics Policy

At XY-GLOBAL, we provide flexible international shipping solutions tailored to professional buyers, distributors, and OEM clients. Our logistics options include express air delivery, air freight, sea freight, and a full range of INCOTERMS such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP (for select countries).

1. Express Air Delivery (DHL / FedEx / UPS)

We ship worldwide directly from China using major express carriers.

Delivery time: 3–7 business days to most countries
Service type: Door-to-door
Tracking: Full tracking provided
Notes:
Buyers in certain countries may be required to pay local import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other taxes.

This method is ideal for samples, small batches, and urgent orders.

2. Air Freight (Airport-to-Airport or Door-to-Door)

Suitable for medium-sized shipments where speed and cost need to be balanced.

Transit time: 5–12 business days
Incoterms: EXW / FCA / CIF / DAP
Customs: Local import duties and taxes may apply

3. Sea Freight (LCL & FCL)

For bulk orders or large/heavy products.

Transit time:
- Asia → North America: 18–35 days
- Asia → Europe: 25–40 days
Shipping options:
- LCL (Less than Container Load)
- FCL (20GP / 40GP / 40HQ)

4. Supported INCOTERMS

We support all major commercial terms:

EXW (Ex-Works)
Buyer arranges pickup from our facility.
FOB (Free On Board)
We deliver the goods to the designated port in China.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
We arrange freight and insurance to the destination port.
DAP / DDP (Delivered Duty Paid - for select countries)
Door-to-door delivery; duties prepaid if applicable.

5. Shipping Documents Provided

We supply all necessary export documentation, including:

Commercial Invoice
Packing List
HS Code & Export Declaration
Certificate of Origin (COO) — upon request
MSDS or Material Certificates — for relevant materials

6. Import Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country’s regulations:

VAT
Import duty
Customs brokerage fee
Port handling charges

may be charged by your local customs authority.
These fees are not included unless DDP terms are agreed.

7. Lead Time & Order Processing

Sample orders: 3–7 days
Mass production: Based on product complexity
Shipping arrangement: Within 24–48 hours after balance payment

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If a shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, we will assist in coordinating with the carrier to file a claim and support any required documentation.
